Working Hours

Shift-based schedule
5 or 6 days per week
Evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts required

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks promptly and efficiently.
Recommend menu items and promotions to customers.
Ensure customers have a pleasant dining and drinking experience.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
Process payments and operate the POS system.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and bar areas.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Work closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Follow company policies and food safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a pub, bar, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a responsible and reliable work ethic.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills.
