Job Summary
You will serve drinks and food to customers, prepare beer and cocktails, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will assist with opening and closing the bar, manage inventory tasks, and support the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food accurately to customers to ensure satisfaction
- Prepare beer by tapping kegs and make cocktails following standard recipes
- Create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment for customers
- Assist in opening and closing the bar to maintain operational readiness
- Support the team by processing orders and managing stock and restocking inventory
- Clean and wash dishware to maintain hygiene standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and service
- Work independently to complete assigned duties without supervision
- Manage customer flow and interactions to maintain a positive experience during busy periods
- Participate actively in team activities and anticipate needs to support smooth operations
- Work weekends as required to meet business needs
