Waiter / Waitress

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous and prompt service to guests in the restaurant, lounge or caf.
• Greet, seat and take orders professionally in accordance with service standards.
• Ensure accurate food and beverage order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas, tables and service stations.
• Uphold hotel hygiene, safety and service protocols at all times.
• Assist with menu recommendations and address guest queries with confidence.
• Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support setup for events or special dining services as required.

Requirements

• Prior F&B or hotel service experience is an advantage.
• Pleasant personality with strong customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit and a passion for hospitalityest-oriented individuals to join as Waiter/Waitress.
