Responsibilities

. Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

. Lead and mentor service staff to uphold high hospitality standards

. Present menus with confident recommendations, including beverage pairings.

. Perform food and beverage service with grace and precision

. Manage cashiering duties and ensure accurate transactions settlement

. Manage reservations and address guest feedback promptly and courteously

. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area

. Assist Management in roster planning and staff claims

Requirements

. Strong communication and leadership skills

. Calm and confident poise

. Familiarity with wines, spirits, and fine dining service preferred

. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
