WAITER SUPERVISOR

Our company is looking for a reliable and experienced Waiter Supervisor to lead and support our service team. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily service operations

• Guide and support service staff to ensure high service standards

• Assist in staff scheduling and task assignments

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service-related issues

• Monitor service area cleanliness and service procedures

• Support management in reporting and daily operations

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory or senior service role is preferred

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Responsible, well-organized, and professional attitude

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
