Efficiently handle food and beverage orders, ensuring accurate delivery to guests.
Offer friendly, discreet, and exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
Assist fellow team members in preparation and set up food and drink service in the lounge, ensuring all utensils and amenities are properly stocked and inspected before service.
Address guest inquiries and make recommendations, including suggestive and upselling techniques, demonstrating deep knowledge of the menu and its offerings.
Manage all lounge-related telephone and email reservation inquiries.
Undertake any other administrative tasks within the lounge as needed.
Previous experience in a fine dining environment is preferred.
Profound knowledge of customer service and of all beverage products.
At least 1 year of experience in a guest service or guest contact role, preferably within a hospitality organization.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese to communicate effectively with guests.
Willing and able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
