Job Summary
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration on equipment in a cleanroom environment. Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues. Communicate with vendors and provide training to colleagues. Work 12-hour rotating shifts at Woodlands Micron Fab 10.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled equipment preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure operational reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot hardware issues and perform corrective maintenance including calibration and parts replacement.
- Communicate effectively with engineers, peer specialists, and external vendors to resolve technical problems.
- Provide advanced training to less experienced colleagues to enhance team capabilities.
- Complete other ad-hoc duties as assigned, with overtime pay.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or ITE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Materials, or Engineering related field.
- Experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills applied to problem-solving in technical maintenance tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to support teamwork and training.
- Willingness to learn and maintain a positive working attitude.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, alternating day and night shifts every 2-3 months.
