Responsibilities
- Coordinate with regional teams on global vulnerability and compliance management initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks across IT Operations, including new processes, procedures, and continuous improvements.
- Manage core operations such as scoping, scanning, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Partner with local teams to drive efficiency in organizational and procedural practices.
- Oversee and support remediation governance across Business IT departments.
- Assess, track, and mitigate security risks related to vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
- Align regional activities with global program objectives, providing feedback and on-the-ground insights to leadership.
- Deliver regular updates to stakeholders at regional, global, and executive levels.
- Organize and lead training/awareness sessions on IVM tools, reports, and processes.
- Prepare training materials to drive adoption and engagement among stakeholders.
Skills
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT, Security, and business stakeholders across local, regional, and global levels.
- Support enhancements of global vulnerability and compliance management processes.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal security policies.
- Provide expertise on IT infrastructure projects related to vulnerability management.
- Contribute to internal control frameworks, audit support, and evidence preparation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies for tools supporting IVM activities.
- Track and consolidate project and BAU KPIs for regional steering committees.
- Support development of reporting dashboards and visualizations to strengthen remediation tracking.
