System Enhancement & Project Support
- Lead system-related enhancements for CMC and other systems in scope.
- Provide support for project implementation by bridging communication between users and IT teams.
- Identify gaps in existing business and IT processes and recommend practical, implementable solutions.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Initiate process reengineering and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and enforce proper controls for critical items.
- Drive productivity improvements through automation using RPA, VBA, Machine Learning, and other tools.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team and across processes.
Stakeholder Management & Collaboration
- Liaise with internal and external partners to provide ongoing support to Group Credit Retail.
- Work effectively with stakeholders who may have limited technical literacy, translating technical solutions into understandable business terms.
Governance & Control
- Ensure proper control processes are implemented and adhered to for critical operations.
- Monitor enhancements and automation initiatives to maintain quality and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Recognized degree in IT, Information Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology within the financial industry.
- Broad understanding of business and IT, including data networks, databases, and software development limitations.
- Strong project management skills, proactive mindset, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- Team player with analytical, meticulous, and independent working style.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- VBA programming, SQL, RPA, Machine Learning, SAS scripting, databases, software development processes.
