VP Transaction Manager, Derivatives and DCM

The Company

The company is a leading international banking institution with a strong presence across Asia, supporting sophisticated financing, capital markets and structured products for corporate and institutional clients. The role will partner closely with business teams across structured debt, derivatives and debt capital markets activities.

Job Responsibility

The role provides legal advisory and transaction management support across structured derivatives and debt capital markets activities, with a focus on transaction structuring, identifying and managing legal and regulatory risks, advising on complex transactions, and providing commercially practical solutions to the business. The position works closely with originators, product specialists, senior stakeholders and external advisers to facilitate transactions from initial structuring through execution and completion.

Requirements

Candidates should hold a recognised law degree with at least 6 PQE and have 10+ years of relevant legal advisory experience within structured derivatives, debt capital markets, structured finance or related banking activities. Strong understanding of financial markets and regulatory requirements, sound commercial judgement, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to advise senior stakeholders and manage complex transactions in a fast-paced environment are essential; candidates with experience supporting structured products and DCM businesses are encouraged to apply.
