Job Title: VP, Technology Delivery

About Our Client
Our client is a well-established organization focused on technology innovation and digital transformation. They are seeking an experienced technology delivery professional to lead strategic initiatives, manage complex projects, and drive successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Manage project budgets, resources, timelines, and delivery milestones.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams in application development and solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, vendor relationships, and delivery governance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational technology, security, and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12-15 years of relevant experience in technology delivery, project management, or software engineering, including at least 5 years managing large-scale projects.
• Strong technical background in Java, APIs, and microservices architecture, with hands-on experience in application design and development.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams, vendors, project budgets, and end-to-end technology delivery.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience in the financial services or other regulated industries will be an added advantage.
