About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Bancassurance product team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing/developing bancassurance products, enhancing processes, and overseeing governance activities, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment across the region. This role requires a strong background in bancassurance and corporate insurance products, with preferred experience in relationship management, and the ability to collaborate across various functions to drive key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and strategic development of corporate bancassurance products across key markets
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational efficiencies within the regional bancassurance operations
- Oversee compliance, risk management, and regulatory reporting requirements for bancassurance products across the region
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support bancassurance product innovation and business growth
- Manage governance, reporting, and contractual relationships with insurance partners
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in bancassurance or corporate insurance products, with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Expertise: Previous experience in Product Management or working with corporate clients is preferred
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly in a regional context
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive bancassurance product initiatives across regional and cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making in the bancassurance space
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
