In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of application developers to design, build, and deploy robust corporate banking applications.
• Drive the technical roadmap, system architecture, and design patterns to ensure scalability, security, and high performance.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to organizational coding standards, security guidelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing application development teams within the financial services sector, specifically in corporate banking.
• Strong hands-on technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and cloud platforms. Deep understanding of modern database technologies, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered engineering tools to improve software development productivity, solution design, code quality, testing, troubleshooting and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering complex, scalable, and secure enterprise-grade software solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on driving innovation.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
