About You
6-10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or a similar role within commercial, touring, live entertainment, or project-based businesses.
Proven ability to develop and drive strategy in a high-growth or startup environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, synthesise data, and present actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement improvements to operational processes.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills - a team player who works effectively with diverse personalities and departments.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Experience working across multiple markets in Asia-Pacific is highly desirable.
A genuine passion for the music and live entertainment space.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate & Business Strategy
Lead the development and execution of the Group's multi-year strategic plan, including market entry, expansion priorities, and revenue diversification.
Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry research to identify growth opportunities across Asia-Pacific.
Build and maintain strategic models (scenario planning, financial projections, market sizing) to support CEO and Board-level decision-making.
Evaluate potential new business lines, touring IPs, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
Develop and present strategic recommendations to the senior leadership team and Board.
2. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Assess current operational workflows across Touring, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
Design, implement, and own scalable operational processes and playbooks that support multi-country, multi-event execution.
Drive standardisation of tour delivery processes, including budgeting templates, show settlement workflows, vendor management, and post-event reviews.
Implement project management frameworks and tools to improve cross-functional coordination and accountability.
Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to track operational health across markets.
3. Cross-Functional Execution & Programme Management
Act as the connective tissue between departments - ensuring strategic priorities are translated into operational delivery across Touring, Finance, Marketing, Production, and Commercial.
Lead and coordinate key cross-functional initiatives (e.g., new market launches, system implementations, organisational restructuring).
Drive weekly and monthly operational cadence meetings, ensuring issues are surfaced, escalated, and resolved.
Support the CFO/COO on investor-facing materials, board reporting, and strategic communications.
4. Data, Insights & Decision Support
Build a data-driven culture by establishing reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics capabilities.
Own the development of post-show and post-tour analysis to extract learnings and improve future performance.
Synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership.
Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors affecting live entertainment in Asia.
5. Organisational Development & Scaling
Partner with the senior leadership team to design the organisational structure required for the next phase of growth.
Identify capability gaps and recommend hiring priorities, training, and team development initiatives.
Help codify company culture, values, and operating principles as the team scales across markets.
Support the development of onboarding processes and knowledge management systems.
