VP Strategic Finance, Hospitality

An employer of choice, this emerging hospitality firm is renowned for their product portfolio and exceptional guest experience. As the firm evolves with changing consumer landscape, they are seeking a high calibre VP Strategic Finance to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the CEO and managing a team of qualified professionals, you will provide sound financial and commercial counsel in support of strategic decision making and business performance. You will be actively involved in strategic discussions, spanning (but not limited to) capital allocation, investment strategies, portfolio innovation and revenue optimisation. This is a highly visible role where you will play an integral role in delivering the transformation of the organisation into a global hospitality leader.

Requirements

Ideally, you are a seasoned Finance leader with a proven track record in driving business growth and value creation. Prior expertise in hospitality and/or private equity with hospitality portfolio would be highly valued. To succeed in this role, you will be described as a commercial business partner with a growth mindset and thirst for challenges.
