Vice President, Sales Operations

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary

The Vice President, Sales Operations is a senior commercial leader responsible for designing and managing the organization's end‑to‑end sales operating model. Acting as the CSO's strategic partner, this role ensures disciplined execution across Sales, Tendering, and Marketing, delivering predictable performance, strong governance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Governance

  • Define and continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and approval frameworks.
  • Lead pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, and quarterly planning.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and consistent use of tools and standards.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Business Units.

Commercial Oversight

  • Oversee pricing discipline, commercial terms, and deal approvals.
  • Support complex deal structuring and risk mitigation.
  • Drive consistency across commercial practices and proposals.

Tendering & Bid Management

  • Lead the full tender lifecycle and enforce bid/no‑bid criteria.
  • Ensure tenders are qualified, aligned, and professionally delivered.
  • Conduct win/loss reviews and optimize resource allocation.

Marketing Alignment

  • Align Marketing initiatives with sales priorities and growth strategy.
  • Oversee go‑to‑market campaigns, sales enablement, and lead generation.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across markets.

Performance & Reporting

  • Own commercial reporting across Sales, Tendering, and Marketing.
  • Provide insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and tender success.
  • Identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.

Leadership

  • Lead senior managers across Sales, Tendering, and Marketing.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CSO and executive team.
  • Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and commercial capability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in digital infrastructure or related industries within Sales/Commercial/Revenue Operations.
  • 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong experience in complex B2B, infrastructure, or tender-driven environments.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, pricing, commercial risk, and contract structures.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage governance at scale.
