VP, Real Estate Project Development

Consistently lauded as an industry leader, this global real estate organisation has embarked on a strategic growth agenda to elevate their portfolio and regional footprints. To support their evolving business requirements, they are looking for a seasoned Project Development leader to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, you will lead the full lifecycle of large-scale real estate projects, driving value creation by integrating commercial strategy, design quality, sustainability and execution. You will oversee feasibility, investment decisions and project delivery while embedding ESG principles, carbon reduction and regulatory compliance at every stage. A highly visible role, you will be managing senior stakeholders, financial performance and green innovation, whilst ensuring that projects meet budget, timeline and sustainability targets, as well as leading teams and building internal capabilities to support long-term sustainable development goals.

Experience

Ideally, you are a seasoned Project Development leader with 15+ years of relevant expertise. Prior track record across multiple asset classes, spanning commercial, residential and mixed development, will be highly regarded. Armed with strong commercial acumen and technical foundation, you are known to challenge the status quo and influence decisions to drive project profitability. To succeed in this role, you will be described as commercial, agile and operationally hands-on.
