The Regional Vice President / Head of Sales APAC is accountable for driving predictable, high-quality ARR growth across the APAC region for VIACHAIN. This leader will build and scale the regional sales engine, establish disciplined pipeline and forecasting practices, and ensure growth is driven by renewable, operationally supported intelligence solutions.

This role is both builder and operator: responsible for near-term execution while laying the foundation for sustainable long-term growth in a high-opportunity region.

This role will be based remotely out of Singapore, with international travel as needed.

What You'll Do

Revenue Growth & Sales Execution

  • Own APAC ARR performance, with a focus on multi-year, renewable revenue
  • Execute regional sales strategy aligned to global commercial priorities
  • Drive expansion within existing accounts and new logo acquisition
  • Ensure deal quality, pricing discipline, and renewability

Forecasting & Pipeline Discipline

  • Maintain a rolling 3-month forecast within 1015% accuracy
  • Establish and lead a rigorous regional forecasting cadence
  • Enforce CRM hygiene, qualification standards, and AI-assisted pipeline scoring
  • Provide early risk signals and clear visibility to leadership

Sales Efficiency & Deal Quality

  • Drive ACV 7075% of total bookings in-region
  • Actively block low-quality, non-renewable, or unsupported deals
  • Partner with Finance on deal structure, billing models, and regional compliance

Regional Team & Market Build

  • Build and lead a scalable APAC sales organization (direct + partner)
  • Hire, develop, and coach high-performing regional sales talent
  • Define coverage models, partner leverage, and go-to-market motion
  • Establish APAC-specific operating rhythms while aligning to global standards

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with:
  • Customer Success on activation velocity and renewals
  • Product / CTIO on roadmap readiness and intelligence SKUs
  • Finance on contracts, billing, and deal governance
  • Act as the APAC voice into global commercial planning

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including senior regional leadership
  • Proven track record driving predictable ARR growth in complex markets
  • Experience building sales organizations in emerging or scaling regions
  • Strong command of forecasting, pipeline inspection, and deal governance
  • Ability to balance growth ambition with operational discipline
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity.
  • Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy.
  • Experience in IoT, SaaS, data, or intelligence-led solutions
  • Exposure to partner-led or hybrid go-to-market models
  • Experience selling into logistics, Maritime, OEMs, or enterprise customers
  • Comfort operating in matrixed, global organizations
