Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process of selling the company's EdTech products to consumers.
  • Manage a sales team of 15 - 50 people.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships within the education sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales director/VP or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the EdTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector and experience in selling to consumers.
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and set up distribution channels outside Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
