VP, Marketing Communications & Content | Contract | Insurance

We are seeking a seasoned VP, Marketing Communications & Content professional with at least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry. This role will lead the development and execution of both internal and external communication strategies, ensuring alignment with our brand tone of voice and delivering impactful content across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Communications: Develop strategies to engage employees and craft clear organizational updates.
• Executive Communications: Partner with EXCO to prepare speeches, presentations, and reports that reflect company priorities.
• Marketing Content Creation: Create and manage content for internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency and resonance.
• Awards Pitches: Lead award submissions with compelling storytelling and stakeholder collaboration.
• Presentation Development: Design and refine presentations for clarity, visual appeal, and brand alignment.
• Client Communication Review: Review client-facing materials to ensure quality and consistency with brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing communications and content roles within the insurance industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in internal and external communications, content creation, and client communication review.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation design.
• Experience in award submissions is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills.
