VP - Insurance Product Specialist (Private Banking)
A well-established Asian Private Bank is looking to strengthen its wealth solutions platform in Singapore and is seeking an experienced Insurance Product Specialist to support its growing high-net-worth client franchise.
This role will sit within the Private Banking product team, working closely with Relationship Managers to deliver insurance advisory, wealth protection, and legacy planning solutions to HNW and UHNW clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the bank's HNW insurance product platform
- Partner with Private Banking Relationship Managers to deliver insurance advisory and solutions to clients
- Support client engagements including insurance planning discussions, product structuring, and presentations
- Drive insurance product penetration across the private banking client base
- Work closely with insurance partners to source and structure suitable products for HNW clients
- Provide product training and technical support to Relationship Managers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements
Ideal Profile
- 8-15 years of experience in insurance product management, insurance advisory, or insurance sales within private banking or wealth management
- Strong knowledge of HNW insurance solutions including wealth protection and legacy planning
- Experience supporting private banking Relationship Managers in client engagements
- CACS certification required
- RNF registration required (or eligible for registration)
- Insurance licenses such as CMFAS M5 / M9 preferred
