Overview

My client is a leading wealth solutions platform offering bespoke services in Trust, Insurance, and Family Governance to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. The firm is expanding its Singapore team with a Sales Director to drive growth across Southeast Asia.

The position focuses on developing the high net worth advisory business, building new distribution channels, and delivering tailored insurance and liquidity planning solutions. It is suited for an experienced Insurance Specialist with a strong track record in relationship management and business development.
This is a growth-focused role with a regional mandate, requiring the ability to build relationships, originate business, and deliver tailored solutions within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and partners to build and maintain strong referral networks
  • Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through ongoing prospecting and partnerships
  • Advise clients on insurance and liquidity planning, delivering customised solutions
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of documentation in line with internal controls and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular reviews and provide ongoing servicing to policyholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client meetings, servicing, and case preparation

Requirements

  • A degree qualification and a valid MAS license
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales or relationship management, preferably in insurance, private banking, or wealth advisory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage high-net-worth clients
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high service standards
  • A proactive and disciplined approach to business development
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to support a regional client base
