Jobs Responsibilities
. Support end-to-end HRIS implementation and enhancement initiatives, including system upgrades, integrations and process improvement projects across regional HR operations
. Gather and analyse business requirements, translating operational needs into scalable HR system solutions and functional specifications
. Partner with stakeholders to support system configuration, testing, data migration and implementation activities
. Manage HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits and finance systems to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency and operational alignment
. Develop HRIS reports, dashboards and analytics to support workforce planning, reporting and strategic decision-making
. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance system efficiency, user experience and data governance
