VP, Regional Payroll Implementation Lead - Workday (1 Year Contract) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

. Lead end-to-end payroll implementation and transformation projects across APAC, including system rollouts, upgrades and process enhancement initiatives

. Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and deliver scalable payroll solutions across multiple countries

. Oversee payroll system configuration, data migration, testing and implementation to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations

. Drive integration between Workday and enterprise platforms

. Review and optimise payroll processes across regional markets to improve efficiency, accuracy and regulatory compliance

. Act as the regional payroll systems subject matter expert, managing project risks, resolving system issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
