We are currently seeking for dynamic, dedicated and self-motivated individuals to join our Corporate Consumer Business Team as Vice President (Head, SME A/R , HP & Factoring Team).
Job description
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sustainable portfolio and revenue growth for the SME Team loan portfolio, focusing on Accounts Receivables, Factoring, Working Capital loans and Hire Purchase loans.
- Set clear business targets and priorities for the team, track performance against KPIs.
- Establish effective prospecting and origination frameworks, ensuring disciplined lead generation, referral management, and pipeline quality across the team.
- Act as a key escalation point in client engagement, supporting Relationship Managers in complex deal structuring, negotiations, and client relationships.
- Provide oversight on credit quality by reviewing credit proposals, ensuring adherence to credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, timely disbursements, and strong end-to-end governance.
- Build and sustain strategic partnerships with referral agents, business associations, and industry stakeholders to support long-term business development.
- Drive a high-performance, ethical, and compliant culture through continuous coaching, performance management, and talent development.
Requirements:
- Preferably with a degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
- More than 10 years of relevant working experience in leading a team and/or sales experience in AR, Factoring, HP, Working capital loans.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across all levels
