Key responsibilities

Reconcile daily and monthly NAVs, positions, P&L, fees, and investor allocations with the Fund Administrator.
Work with the investment team on accurate P&L booking and support annual external audits.
Manage accounting operations across multiple entities, including invoicing, bill payments, cash reconciliation, and budgeting.
Prepare financial analyses and assist with the firm's global tax responsibilities.

Role requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Possession of CA/CPA qualification shall be a plus.
7+ years of fund accounting experience with exposure to hedge funds, ideally in fund management or at a Fund Administrator with strong Excel skills and familiarity with NAV accounting, valuation and fees.
Experience with automated reporting systems plus exposure to corporate accounting and tax is a plus.
Strong English communication skills, ability to work well in a small team, commitment to accuracy, ongoing learning, and creative problem-solving.
