VP Finance / Vice President of Finance

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore for the Vice President of Finance. The VP of Finance will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, guiding strategic financial decisions, and managing budgets to support organizational goals. The VP of Finance will collaborate with internal teams to optimize the financial health of the company. Some remote work is possible, in addition to on-site duties at the Singapore office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance to ensure strategic allocation of resources and sound decision-making.
• Strong skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to maintain transparent and accurate records.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and providing actionable insights.
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities with a focus on organizational growth and financial stability.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, with CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the technology or telecommunications sectors.
