VP Finance / Vice President of Finance

Role Description

This is a part-time and remote role for a Vice President of Finance. The VP of Finance will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, and ensure accurate financial reporting. The role involves creating strategic financial plans, analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and identifying opportunities to optimize financial performance. The VP of Finance will play a key role in advising leadership on financial strategies and maintaining fiscal health.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and strong expertise in Finance
• Experience in creating and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying trends
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in technology or AI-driven industries is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
