Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Finance (VP Finance), located in Singapore, with the flexibility for some remote work. The VP Finance will oversee financial planning, analyze financial statements, and prepare detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Collaborating with leadership, the role requires supporting the company's financial direction and long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting Financial Statements
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify trends and support decision-making
• Leadership experience and the ability to guide cross-functional financial teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is advantageous
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role is highly preferred
