1. Corporate budgeting and planning
Own and manage the construction and realization of corporate's annual operation plan, monthly budget fulfillment, forecast and review of revenue and sales pipeline, to ensure corporate's end to end financial operations are positively contributing to achieving corporate growth targets.
Lead weekly and monthly communications of corporate business plan, achievements, and progress of initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all stakeholders are aware of hindrances and identify support required such that there is corporate unity inmoving into any actions needed to remove obstacles and achieving corporate objectives and key results.
2. Corporate regulatory compliance
Identify and execute business activities and process improvements to drive corporate operational excellence in sales, finance and internal office processes, as well as ensure all business activities are conducted with integrity in compliance with regulatory.
3. Corporate and customer productivity management
Identify sales and operational productivity targets based on pipeline and service fulfillment movements to increase team awareness of management's corporate goals, as well as identify and drive urgent actions required to manage potential risks and disruptions in sales and operations.
Build and analyze account management of pareto accounts to support sales planning of market development.
4. Human capital management
Identify development targets for team members and assist team members to continuously increase and expand the dept of their analytical output quality, as well as continuous evaluation of staff performance and identify rectifying actions if needed or proposals for numerations adjustments to ensure all team members are contributing in fulfilling corporate goals.
