• Execution and bookrunning of syndicated deals.
• Preparation of underwriting memo and liquidity analsis.
• Take underwriting risk with a view to distribute to the desired hold.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely launch and closing of syndication.
• Coordinate secondary selldown of loan positions. 
• Understanding of loan documentations.
• Maintain database of loan deals.
• Update to internal stakeholders for investors call, meeting, current market trend and risk appetities.
• Attend to risk and compliance matters.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/ finance or related fields.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in loan syndication or related fields.
• Strong network with loan investors and syndication desks in APAC.
• Proficient in financial analysis.
• Experience in project finanace and leveraged finance will be useful.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivated team player.
• Abilitiy to work independently in a fast paced office environment.
