Job Description

Our client is a leading Singapore-headquartered infrastructure group seeking to appoint a VP Corporate Finance & Treasury to lead debt financing, treasury management and financial structuring activities across its portfolio. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role, ideal for a finance professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of debt financing, financial structuring, treasury and asset management.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading debt sourcing and financing activities for new investments, as well as refinancing initiatives across infrastructure and real estate assets. You will drive financial and tax structuring, including reviewing financial and tax due diligence findings and oversee the review, negotiation and completion of loan documentation and drawdown processes.

You will also take ownership of the group's loan portfolio, monitoring interest costs, covenant compliance, refinancing opportunities and funding requirements. On the treasury front, you will oversee bank account management, KYC processes, loan rollovers, hedging activities and broader cash and liquidity management. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will support funding and cash flow planning across the business while leading and developing a high-performing finance team.

The successful candidate will hold a degree in Accountancy, be CA-qualified or possess a relevant finance qualification, coupled with at least 12 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, debt financing or investment finance. Strong exposure to infrastructure, real estate, project finance, structured finance or debt capital markets will be essential. You should have a proven track record in managing banking relationships, loan portfolios, refinancing exercises, covenant compliance and hedging arrangements, along with strong commercial acumen and the ability to evaluate funding and structuring considerations. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage effectively with senior internal and external parties are also key requirements.

This is a high-impact opportunity offering ownership of financing strategy, treasury management and debt portfolio oversight across a diversified infrastructure and real estate portfolio. It is particularly suited to professionals currently working in infrastructure finance, real estate finance, structured finance, corporate treasury and debt financing who are seeking to broaden their leadership responsibilities and play a strategic role in shaping the organisation's capital structure, funding strategy and long-term growth objectives.
