Responsibilities
Job Description
- Read credit approvals and note all required clauses for drafting of Letter of Offer (LO)
- Perform system enquiries to verify the information in credit approvals
- Draft LO as a maker together with the required attachments (e.g. Board Resolutions, Fire Insurance forms, etc) for checking by checkers
- Liaise with Relationship Managers on matters relating to drafting of LO / letters
- Progress to become checker to check draft LO prepared by makers
- Assist in preparing or checking reports
- Assist in other administrative duties assigned by the Team Leader and/or Division Head
Requirements
- A recognized tertiary education with at least 8 years of relevant experience and good knowledge of lending to small and medium-sized enterprises
- Meticulous with good organizational / planning skills
- Good writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
