Role Overview

Radware is seeking an experienced and driven Vice President, Commercial APJ to support the continued growth and expansion of our business across the region. This senior leadership role will work closely with the VP & Managing Director APJ to accelerate Radware's go-to-market execution, strengthen strategic partnerships, and support major enterprise and service provider engagements across the region.

The role is designed for a high-impact commercial leader with strong sales leadership experience, deep cybersecurity and cloud knowledge, and a proven ability to drive growth through both direct enterprise sales and strategic alliances.

This position plays a critical role in enabling regional scale by supporting country leaders, advancing key strategic initiatives such as MSSP partnerships, and driving executive engagement with customers and partners across APJ.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Commercial Leadership

  • Support the execution of Radware's APJ go-to-market strategy across enterprise, service provider, and cloud segments
  • Work closely with regional and country sales leaders to accelerate pipeline creation, deal progression, and revenue growth
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key countries, customers, and partners to strengthen strategic relationships

Strategic Partnerships & MSSP Development

  • Lead initiatives to identify, recruit, and grow Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) partnerships across the region
  • Strengthen Radware's partner ecosystem including system integrators, cloud providers, and strategic alliances
  • Drive joint GTM initiatives and partner-led growth opportunities

Executive Sales Engagement

  • Support and lead major strategic deal pursuits across APJ
  • Engage with C-level stakeholders at enterprise customers, telcos, and digital service providers
  • Provide leadership in complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and partners

Regional Leadership & Execution

  • Provide leadership and operational support across multiple countries in APJ
  • Help coordinate regional initiatives spanning sales, partnerships, and market development
  • Step in to support regional or country leadership when required to ensure business continuity

The ideal candidate is a senior commercial leader with strong credibility in cybersecurity and cloud markets, capable of operating across cultures and markets in the APJ region.

Experience

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales
  • Significant experience in cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure markets
  • Proven leadership in direct enterprise sales and regional sales execution
  • Experience working with partners, MSSPs, and channel ecosystems
  • Track record of supporting or closing large, complex deals

Preferred Background

  • Experience working at leading cybersecurity vendors
  • Strong understanding of application security, DDoS protection, cloud security, or network security markets
  • Technical foundation or engineering background is advantageous
  • Experience leading regional teams or cross-country initiatives in APJ
