The Role:
My client is a leading Payments and Crypto firm and we are looking for a CMS Compliance candidate in Singapore. They are licensed by this MAS and now looking for a CMS Regulatory Compliance expert to take charge of all Regulatory and MAS matters.
Responsibilities:
- Subject matter expert for all CMS related guidelines and licensing work
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to policies, procedures, and controls.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulators, auditors, and external partners.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues, breaches, or concerns.
- Produce regular compliance and risk management reports for senior leadership
Requirements:
- Fintech experience is a must. At least 10 years in a regulatory compliance role, ideally with CMS licensing experience
- Ability to work with the MAS and regulators around the region
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and risk awareness.
