VP, Business Management & Change(PB) - 6 Months - up to SGD14k

We are looking for a VP, Business Management & Change - Private Banking. In this role, you will drive workstream deliverables as part of a wider project delivery, track progress and work with stakeholders for completion of action plans..

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate workstream deliverables across strategic projects, tracking progress, managing dependencies and engaging stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action plans.
• Conduct business and impact assessments across customer, regulatory, operational, finance and technology workstreams to support effective decision-making and change implementation.
• Drive Front Office initiatives, business reviews and remediation activities, preparing management information (MI) and progress updates to provide senior management with clear oversight.
• Support Private Banking platform management and BAU activities, including third-party and outsourcing management, process simplification, business continuity, change delivery and AI initiatives, while collaborating with Front, Middle and Back Office stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Oversee platform-related risks and controls, ensuring adherence to L1 and L2 control requirements, embedding global, regional and local policies, and driving the design, implementation and remediation of controls to address emerging risks and compliance gaps.

Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in private banking, preferably within business management, change management, COO or platform management functions.
• Strong understanding of private banking practices, policies, processes, platforms, products and services.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with sound independent judgement, decision-making capabilities and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Adaptable and positive mindset, with the ability to manage diverse responsibilities and navigate complex or evolving business requirements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, coupled with strong strategic planning, presentation, financial and statistical analysis, problem-solving and attention to detail. Experience in managing large-scale or regional projects will be an advantage.
