Responsibilities:
- We're seeking a dynamic candidate to work in the Funds team in our Regional Consumer Banking investment business. The candidate will work closely with product teams across the region spanning 7 locations (Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Indonesia, India, Thailand), to grow their business by formulating clear multi-year product strategies.
- Work closely with locations to evaluate product strategy, new product ideas, develop product expansion initiatives and support the growth of location Fund businesses.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external Fund Houses, covering both traditional and alternative funds.
- Provide guidance to locations on Regional guidelines, practices and drive regional standardisation by aligning processes and product development frameworks through knowledge transfer across the region.
- Stay close to industry developments, market intelligence and proactively identify new opportunities to grow the business.
- Support Team Head and wider team for projects, management reporting and other product lines
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in fund product management, advisory, asset management or related Funds experience
- Experience in Hedge Funds and Private Assets required
- Self-starter with strong motivation and initiative, strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills, strong communication and presentation skills
- Team player with the ability to work together with internal and external stakeholders in a collaborative manner
