VP/AVP Quality Assurance - Trade & Communications Surveillance, APAC

We are partnering with a leading financial institution in Singapore to hire a highly motivated Quality Assurance - Trade & Communications Surveillance professional to join their APAC Market Integrity team.

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring robust surveillance and quality control across CIB and Wealth Management businesses. You will conduct QA reviews on 1LOD and 2LOD, enhance controls, and evaluate the effectiveness of trade and communications monitoring to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

• 5 -7 years experience in CIB/financial markets (Front Office, Middle Office, Audit, Control or Compliance), with strong exposure to Global markets or Investment Banking activities.
• Strong understanding of trading activities, conduct risk, and surveillance frameworks.
• Self-confident, proactive and able to work across multiple stakeholders.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Law or equivalent.
