We are looking for a skilled Voice Engineer with expertise in NICE systems to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice communication solutions, with a focus on design, implementation, and maintenance of voice systems.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and maintain voice communication solutions using NICE systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve voice-related issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure seamless integration of voice systems.
Conduct regular system performance assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to voice engineering.

Skills and Qualifications

5-15 years of experience in voice engineering, specifically with NICE systems.
Strong knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.).
Experience with NICE software solutions and voice recording systems.
Proficient in network configuration and troubleshooting related to voice systems.
Familiarity with telephony hardware and software integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
