Role Description

This is an on-site, part-time role for a Vocal Teacher located in Novena. The Vocal Teacher will be responsible for conducting vocal lessons for students of varying ages and abilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating tailored lesson plans, teaching vocal techniques, providing feedback, and preparing students for performances, examinations, or personal goals. The teacher will also foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to help students gain confidence and musical skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in vocal techniques, voice training, and music theory
• Strong teaching and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students
• Experience creating personalized lesson plans for students of varying skill levels
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and parents
• Prior teaching experience in music education or performance is preferred
• A degree, diploma, or certification in Music or a related field is advantageous
• Passion for music and a commitment to enhancing student learning experiences
