Key Requirements:
- VMware Expertise: Strong technical proficiency in the VMware technology stack (including VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, NSX, etc.).
- Clearance: CAT 1 clearance is preferred for some projects, but Singapore PRs can also be considered.
- Consultant Flexibility: Candidates must be comfortable handling multiple projects and may be required to serve as resident engineers depending on the business needs.
- Work Schedule: Flexible working hours with late hours or weekend work compensated by PTO (Paid Time Off).
Training & Development:
- Training Provided: Consultants will receive training as needed.
- Certification Costs: All relevant certification costs will be covered by the company.

- Role Location: Projects may be located across Singapore, including assignments in the private sector.
Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and deploying VMware-based virtualization solutions for enterprise customers. This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand their infrastructure needs, translating those into technical solutions, and ensuring a smooth implementation and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Needs Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
- Conduct workshops with customers to assess their current infrastructure and business objectives, gathering detailed technical requirements and aligning them with VMware solutions.
- Solution Architecture & Design:
- Design VMware architectures that meet customer needs in terms of performance, scalability, and security. Develop design documents and work with the customer and internal teams to validate the architecture.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to plan timelines and resources. Work with other team members to integrate solutions seamlessly with existing systems. Provide technical leadership throughout the project.
- Implementation & Delivery:
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of VMware solutions, ensuring customer requirements are met. Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and optimize the virtual environment as needed.
- Customer Engagement & Support:
- Keep the customer informed throughout the process, addressing expectations and proactively solving problems.
- Knowledge Transfer:
- Provide training and hands-on workshops to ensure the customer's IT team can manage and maintain the VMware environment.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on VMware technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions to customers.
