About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vitality Program, Specialist. In this role, the incumbent is responsible for supporting new Vitality program initiatives, ideas and enhancement, ensuring the program continues to offer attractive health and wellness propositions to our Vitality members. Additionally, the incumbent will support the program operation within targeted budget and financially sustainable, including but not limited to reviewing Vitality insurance benefits and integration methods to attract more new customers and product purchase.

What You'll Be Doing

Vitality Program Management & Pricing

  • Assist in developing AIA's wellness propositions through enhancing the Vitality program.
  • Evaluate new program changes/ enhancement on financial feasibility and group guidelines.
  • Work with key stakeholders within and outside department to implement program changes, enhancement and assessment of financial and operation feasibility and readiness.
  • Conduct market intelligence to keep informed of similar wellness propositions in the market including wellness tech, health programs, and competitor related activity.
  • Work with Insurance Product team on Integrated Product Ideas & implementation process.
  • Support Local and Group Health & Wellness Initiatives.


Projects & Others

  • Annual Budgeting.
  • Regular financial and management reports.
  • Risk and compliance reporting.


What We Are Looking For

  • Degree holder, preferably in business or/and finance related.
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in program management and finance. An actuarial experience would be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding or prior experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices with strong analytical skills and a personal interest in health & wellness.
  • Self-driven, good team player and proactive with excellent project/program management skills, strong relationship management and attention to details.
  • Obsess about customers, constantly listen, engage, and act for their benefit.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
