Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Singapore with the option for some remote work, for a Visual Merchandising Manager / Store Manager / Retail Sales Associate. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining eye-catching window displays, managing in-store merchandising standards, driving sales and revenue generation, and overseeing daily store operations. Additionally, the role entails team management, coaching staff to achieve sales targets, ensuring outstanding customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and organized retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Sales skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients and team members to achieve business objectives
• Proven experience in designing and maintaining Window Displays and overall store visual presentation
• Team Management skills, including the ability to mentor, train, and lead a successful and motivated team
• Store Management expertise, particularly in handling operations, inventory, and creating a positive shopping environment
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the retail or creative industries is a plus
