Visual Merchandising Manager / Retail Supervisor / Retail Sales Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore that allows some work-from-home flexibility. As a Visual Merchandising Manager, Retail Supervisor, or Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of visual merchandising strategies, managing window displays, and coordinating store layout to enhance customer engagement. The role involves supervising retail teams, managing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will also collaborate with the retail team to meet organizational goals and ensure store compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Sales to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Experience in designing and implementing Window Displays and other visual merchandising strategies.
• Proven abilities in Team Management and Store Management to lead and motivate teams and ensure operational efficiency.
• Attention to detail and creativity in designing appealing store layouts and displays.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in using retail management systems.
• Previous experience in retail or visual merchandising roles is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in merchandising, marketing, business, or a related field is an asset.
