- Position : Visual Merchandising Executive

- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,500 Basic + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with brands to execute visual merchandising projects in line with brand identity and seasonal campaigns.
- Serve as the main liaison with brands VM teams to ensure compliance with guidelines and expectations.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across multiple regions.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Coordinate with local partners on permits, manpower, onsite setup, and completion reporting.
- Oversee smooth onsite execution and resolve operational issues when needed.
- Provide daily communication updates and weekly WIP reports to brands.
- Assist the Director with project coordination and related duties.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong aesthetic sense with good awareness of beauty and retail trends.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiar with retail display tools, technical drawings, layouts, or related software.
- Flexible to work beyond regular hours, including weekends when required.
- Willing to travel for project execution.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
