Our client is a leading US Beauty MNC seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager / Assistant Manager to support the brand cluster in TR APAC.
The role will be overseeing daily operations, implementing TR APAC VM guidelines, coordinating design proposals, following up on VM planograms, and managing collateral orders. The incumbent will work closely with the brand marketing team and key stakeholders to ensure design deliverables are tracked and completed in a timely manner.

1 year contract (renewable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a timely ordering of collaterals for each launch campaign to ensure timely execution.
- Assist VM Manager to train Field Merchandisers to execute VM for ASOMs through training, workshops and regular visits to markets as required.
- Assist VM Manager to establish new launch format for template and process.
- Update VM planograms based on assortment changes and product strategy.
- Manage agency with event design and development of the scaled drawings and details.
- Supervise VM vendor on technical drawings, review prototypes and samples for local production
- Oversee project budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in store design and visual merchandising, preferably within the beauty or retail sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in both store design and VM strategy.
- Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders.
