Responsible for assigned NIKE stores to monitor the consistency of the store team and in store visual merchandising lead in following the VM global guidelines set by the principal/brand and ensure correct graphic materials installed.
Work closely with Brand Team/ Air Team members for implementation and maintenance of Visual Plans and seasonal campaign change out.
Identify and address store opportunities to improve sales and customer experience.
Support the brand's marketing team for product launch campaigns & events where relevant e.g. media event, marathon, mall atriums etc.
Help develop local guidelines when necessary, in adherence to global directives.
Coordinate and align with cross functional teams and store team on new directions.
Take part in store opening preparations and setup.
Attend and contribute to various strategy and operational meetings as and when requested by management
Be responsible in managing and securing VM materials in warehouse.
Contacts suppliers and contractors assigned to execute the directives in the store to monitor their status and quality of work.
Identify potential in-store VMs and conduct appropriate training & development programs for elevation.
Analyze and address training needs of all staff (full timers, part-timers and interns) in the store.
Facilitate training programs from new athlete orientation, customer service training, on the job skills-based training, supervisory skills training, refresher course, health & safety training etc.
Conduct regular VM store audit.
Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.
About the requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in relevant field
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising in relevant field
Local market knowledge
Self-motivated and independent
Creative problem solver
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to work on weekends for events/activations when required
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications.
