We're looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our Marks & Spencer team in Singapore. In this role, you'll bring our brand to life by creating attractive, customer-focused visual displays that enhance the shopping experience and drive sales.
What You'll Do
- Plan, design, and implement visual displays in line with brand guidelines
- Work closely with the store team to ensure effective product presentation
- Monitor merchandising standards, stock levels, and display performance
- Support new launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities
- Conduct store walks to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance
- Provide input on layout improvements to optimize customer flow and sales impact
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or related field
- 13 years of visual merchandising experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands
- Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with international retail brands
- Familiarity with visual merchandising tools and software
- Knowledge of customer behavior and retail trends
