Evo Commerce owns a few CPG brands focusing on high quality supplements. We're currently operating in 10 markets and our team members are based out of Singapore. We have past experience working in big tech companies which includes Grab, Tiktok, Zalora, FoodPanda, Fave, Shopee, etc.

Our hero product, bback (previously known as Bounceback), is currently one of the fastest growing CPG brands in SEA and is loved by bankers, traders, influencers and bartenders with a high efficacy rate against hangover post drinking. Our aim is to become the Redbull of hangover recovery, making hangover remedies accessible to drinkers worldwide. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to enhance our in-store experience in Singapore, drive customer engagement, and support retail marketing campaigns. This role combines marketing execution with visual merchandising expertise to ensure consistent brand presentation across our Singapore retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising

  • Design, plan, and execute attractive product displays to maximise sales and customer engagement. Liaise with vendors to fabricate prototypes and selected POSMs.
  • Make zoning plans for new shops/existing shop and work with ID/renovation partners to design and fabricate the shop.
  • Collaborate with store teams to implement seasonal displays, monthly promotions, and product launches.

Retail Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of retail marketing campaigns in Singapore, including in-store promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Coordinate marketing collaterals (posters, banners, digital screens) to ensure consistent branding.
  • Work closely with malls marketing team for online marketing and activations with goal of bringing more footfall into our stores.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and provide insights for improvements.

Market & Customer Insights

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and research on retail and visual merchandising trends in Singapore.
  • Gather customer and store staff feedback to improve merchandising strategies and retail promotions.
  • Provide regular reporting on merchandising performance and campaign ROI.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing or visual merchandising (Experience in the Singapore market is a plus).
  • Strong eye for design, detail, and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Willing to travel to Malaysia 2-3 times per month. Transport and lodging will be paid for.
  • Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
