Job Description

About Us

Rollcall is a creative marketing agency based in Singapore. We handle social media, photography, videography, content strategy and creative direction for brands we love working with, from cafés and lifestyle spots to corporate clients. We're a small team, and we like it that way. If you enjoy working closely with people who know your name, your coffee order and your best ideas, you'll feel right at home here. We're also growing, so there's plenty of room to learn, take on more and grow with us.

Role

We're looking for a photographer/videographer who also loves to edit. You'll shoot and cut content for our clients, mainly for social media, along with corporate videos and brand pieces. You'll be involved from the first idea through to the final export, while working alongside our in-house copywriters and designers.

What you'll do

Shoot and edit video for social media, brand campaigns and corporate projects.
Bring your ideas to the table and shape concepts together with our team.
Add the finishing touches, from colour and sound to simple motion graphics.

What we're looking for

You have hands-on experience shooting and editing, with a portfolio or showreel that shows your style.
You're familiar with Sony equipment.
You're comfortable with Lightroom/Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects is a bonus.
You understand social media content and enjoy keeping up with what's working on each platform.
You're creative, curious and full of ideas, and you're happy to share them.
You're adaptable and enjoy the variety that comes with agency life.
You speak Mandarin, which is a plus as some of our clients and content are bilingual.

Why you'll enjoy working with us

At Rollcall, every voice in the room matters. Whether you've been with us for a day or a year, we want to hear your ideas, and we mean that. We're a friendly, close-knit team that values open conversations, honest feedback and a good laugh along the way. As we grow, you'll grow with us, with real opportunities to take ownership of projects, try new things and build your craft.

How to apply

Send us your portfolio or showreel along with a short note about yourself to [Confidential Information] / 91813417. We'd love to see what you've made.
